Prenatal Physical Therapy
Pregnancy, labor, and delivery are physically demanding for expecting moms. Too many women are told that their aches and pains are “just part of being pregnant”, and are provided with limited solutions and education. You don’t have to struggle through your pregnancy with debilitating back pain, achey hips, or sciatica. It can also feel confusing when you are getting conflicting recommendations from friends, family, and social media about labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, and more.
We are here to provide you with evidence based education about pregnancy, birth prep, and postpartum recovery.
Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is an important part of prenatal care.
