Hi, I’m Dr. Alexis
With 10 years of experience as a physical therapist and 6 years as a business owner, I’ve done it all. Worked in private outpatient practices, hospital based facilities, opened a practice in a gym, moved to a standalone space, hired employees, and moved my practice to a new state. Throughout those years of business ownership I’ve also navigated having 3 babies and learning to balance business and motherhood.
I’m here to help you not only learn how to open and grow your cash practice, but how to make it work for your life. If you want to scale and hire, I’ve got you. If you dream of a solopreneur life where you can optimize your family time, I’m here for it. Let’s get started.

Most physical and occupational therapy programs don’t teach us how to start or run a business. My coaching and mentorship program is for therapists who are:
Just launching their practice and not sure where to start.
Those who have been in business for months (or even years) and are feeling stuck or wanting to improve in specific areas such as marketing, networking, or systems.
The Process
Free discovery call - Let’s get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit! These calls are for you to share a bit about your business and for us to decide if we are the right fit to work together.
Single 60 minute coaching call - These calls are designed to troubleshoot very specific business questions or concerns. Bring a list of things you want to cover and we’ll work through each topic. You can expect to leave the call with a list of action items.
Monthly mentorship - This program is month-to-month and allows us to work together as long as needed. We’ll have one 60 minute call a month where you can bring a list of things you want to cover and we’ll work through each topic. You will also have unlimited access through Voxer (an app where we can exchange voice and text messages) to send me questions and updates throughout the month so we can troubleshoot between mentorship calls.
My Promise
I promise our meetings will be focused, we will address your specific concerns, and you will leave our meetings with specific action items.
I promise I will show up to each meeting ready to match your energy and effort. Just like with our patients, I can’t do the work for you. But I can give you guidance to help you reach your goals.
Your business is YOURS and it needs to work for your life. I’m not here to push the idea that there is one best way to start, grow, and run your business. We’ll work together to clarify your vision, values, and goals.
I will give you the best advice I can based on my knowledge and experience. Sometimes that may mean recommending you consult another professional when most appropriate (such as a CPA, lawyer, etc).
Why I Started Coaching
I have worked with several incredible business coaches myself, so I know the value of mentorship. I also believe there are phases in business where active mentorship is necessary, and phases where you need to simply focus on implementing and taking action.
Many of the coaches in the cash practice space teach the methods that worked for them with little room for adjustments based on your goals for your business, and they push continued long term mentorship. I started coaching to provide practice owners with mentorship that is customized to their personal goals and current needs of their life and business.
Just like my patient care philosophy, I believe that business coaches should provide the tools and education necessary for clients to achieve long term success. There may be times when your business shifts or needs extra guidance or support, but the goal is to always teach what I know and provide mentorship that fosters confidence in your decisions about your business.

If you have specific business questions or want to “pick my brain”, this call is for you. We’ll discuss your business, goals, and strategies to work through challenges you may be experiencing.
Monthly Mentorship - $350/month
Are you looking for more consistent support? My monthly mentorship includes a 60 minute coaching call each month and unlimited Voxer access (Voxer is an app that allows you to send me voice and text messages). The membership is month-to-month.
